Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 12.10.2026

1. Scope

These Terms and the documents they reference (the "Terms") govern the use of this website (the "Website") and its related services (the "Service").

The Terms form a binding agreement between the user (the "Customer") and the operator. By using the Website or Service, as a guest or registered account holder (the "Account"), the Customer accepts the Terms and any published amendment; otherwise the Website and Service must not be used. The website Lucky Boom (the "Casino", "Website", "Company", "We", "Us", "Our") is owned and operated by MAIREKE LIMITADA, registered in Costa Rica.

2. Amendments

The Terms, including linked documents, may be amended at any time and apply from publication on the Website. A Customer who objects must stop using the Service; continued use is acceptance. Bets unsettled before an amendment remain under the previous Terms. 3. Customer obligations At every use of the Website or Service the Customer confirms that:

3.1. They are over 18 or over the legal gambling age that applies to them; proof of age may be requested at any time.

3.2. They have legal capacity to enter a binding agreement.

3.3. They reside in a jurisdiction that permits gambling, not in a country that prohibits online gambling for residents or persons within it, and they alone must ensure that their use is lawful.

3.4. They do not use a VPN, proxy or similar means to mask or manipulate their location.

3.5. They are the authorised user of the payment method.

3.6. They pay in good faith and do not reverse or cause the reversal of payments.

3.7. They may lose part or all of the money deposited and are fully responsible for the loss.

3.8. They do not bet using information obtained in breach of the law of the country where the bet is placed.

3.9. They act privately on their own behalf, not for another party or commercial purposes.

3.10. They do not manipulate any market or element of the Service in bad faith or to the detriment of its integrity.

3.11. They act in good faith towards the operator on all bets.

3.12. Neither they nor their employees, employers, agents or relatives are registered in the Affiliate programme. 4. Restricted use 4.1. The Service must not be used:

4.1.1. By anyone under 18 (or under the age of majority), without legal capacity, or acting for a person under that age;

4.1.2. By residents of a country that prohibits online gambling for residents or persons within it.

4.1.3. By residents of, or from, Austria, France and its territories, Germany, the Netherlands and its territories, Spain, the Union of Comoros, the United Kingdom, the USA and its territories, any FATF-blacklisted country, or any jurisdiction deemed prohibited by the Anjouan Offshore Financial Authority.

4.1.4. To collect nicknames, email addresses or other data of Customers (spam, unsolicited email, unauthorised framing or linking);

4.1.5. To disrupt or unduly influence other Customers or the operation of the Service;

4.1.6. To promote unsolicited advertising, affiliate links or solicitation (removable without notice);

4.1.7. In a way that may amount to cheating the Service or another Customer or to collusion for a dishonest advantage;

4.1.8. To scrape odds or infringe Intellectual Property Rights; or

4.1.9. For any unlawful activity.

4.2. Accounts may not be sold or transferred, and no account may be acquired from a third party.

4.3. Funds may not be transferred between player accounts.

4.4. Use for unauthorised purposes allows immediate closure of the Account by written notice and, in some cases, legal action.

4.5. Employees of the Company, its licensees, distributors, wholesalers, subsidiaries, advertising, promotional and other agencies, media partners, contractors and retailers, and their immediate family, may not play for real money without prior consent of the Company Director or CEO; otherwise the accounts are closed and bonuses and winnings forfeited.

5. Registration

The Customer agrees that, at every use of the Service:

5.1. Applications may be refused at the operator's sole discretion, without stating a reason.

5.2. The Customer completes the registration form personally and accepts the Terms. To bet or withdraw, verification may be required: valid proof of identity and other documents, including a photo ID (passport, driving licence or national ID card) and a recent utility bill as proof of residence. Wagering may be suspended and Account options restricted until received, in line with gaming regulation and anti-money-laundering law. The Account is funded with the methods listed on the payment section of the Website.

5.3. Accurate contact details, including a valid email address (the "Registered Email Address"), must be provided and kept current; failure may result in missed notices, including changes to the Terms. The operator identifies and communicates with Customers via that address, and each Customer must keep an active, unique mailbox, provide the correct address, report changes and keep it secure. The Company is not responsible for damage or loss said to arise from communication through it. Customers without a reachable address are suspended until one is provided. False or inaccurate information given intentionally leads to immediate suspension by written notice and possible legal action or reporting to the authorities.

5.4. One Account only. Multiple Accounts, including through representatives, relatives, associates, affiliates, related or connected persons or third parties, are subject to immediate closure.

5.5. To confirm identity and financial standing the operator may ask for further personal information or use third-party providers, and will disclose any data thus obtained. 5.6. The password must be kept confidential. If requested Account information is correctly supplied, bets, deposits and withdrawals are assumed to be the Customer's. It should be changed regularly and never disclosed, at the Customer's sole risk and expense. Misuse, hacking of the Account or Registered Email Address, or discovery of the password must be reported immediately; further information may be requested to verify identity, and the Account will be suspended once the incident is known. Until then the Customer is responsible for all activity, including third-party access, authorised or not.

5.7. Content from the Service may not be passed on by screen capture or similar, nor displayed in a frame or in a manner different from direct entry of the URL.

5.8. All currencies on the Website may be used for deposits, withdrawals and bets. Where a method does not process a currency, a processing currency and a conversion calculator are displayed.

5.9. There is no obligation to open an Account; the sign-up page is an invitation to treat, and refusal needs no reason.

5.10. After an application, further information or documents may be requested for regulatory and legal compliance.

6. Account

6.1. Multi-currency Accounts show balances and transactions in the transaction currency.

6.2. No credit is given.

6.3. An Account may be closed or suspended where the Terms are not (or are reasonably believed not to be) complied with, to ensure integrity or fairness, or on other reasonable grounds, possibly without notice; bets may be voided and money in the Account, deposits included, withheld.

6.4. Any Account may be closed or suspended without notice and the funds returned; matured contractual obligations are honoured.

6.5. Any wager may be refused, restricted, cancelled or limited at any time, including bets considered fraudulent or placed to circumvent limits or system rules.

6.6. Amounts credited by mistake remain the operator's property and are removed after notification.

6.7. An overdrawn Account creates a debt to the operator.

6.8. Errors on the Account must be reported as soon as noticed.

6.9. Betting is entertainment and should stop when it ceases to be fun; only affordable amounts should be wagered. Self-exclusion is available by message to Customer Support from the Registered Email Address stating SELF-EXCLUDE, effective within 24 hours of receipt; the Account is then disabled and login impossible until further notice.

6.10. Accounts and any asset of value connected with them (ownership of accounts, winnings, deposits, bets, rights or claims, legal, commercial or otherwise) may not be transferred, sold, pledged, encumbered, assigned, traded, brokered, hypothecated or gifted, with a fiduciary or any other third party, company, person, foundation or association in any form

6.11. Closure requests are sent by email from the Registered Email Address to Customer Support via the Website links.

7. Deposits

7.1. Deposits must come from an account, payment system or card in the Customer's own name. Other currencies are converted at the daily oanda.com rate or the rate of the operator's bank or processor; additional exchange fees from payment systems are deducted from the deposit.

7.2. Fees may apply to deposits and withdrawals (see the Website). The operator usually absorbs deposit transaction fees on the Lucky Boom Account; the Customer bears own bank charges.

7.3. The Company is not a financial institution and uses third-party processors for card deposits; an Account is credited only on receipt of approval and an authorisation code from the issuer.

7.4. The Customer pays all amounts due to the operator or payment providers and makes no charge-backs or reversals; otherwise unpaid deposits and collection costs are reimbursed, and winnings from the affected funds are forfeited. The player account is not a bank account, is not guaranteed or insured by any scheme in any jurisdiction and bears no interest.

7.5. Entering a bonus code with a deposit implies acceptance of the Terms of Bonuses and the specific bonus terms.

7.6. Funds from criminal, illegal or unauthorised activity must not be deposited.

7.7. Customers depositing by credit card should keep transaction records and a copy of the Terms.

7.8. Internet gambling may be illegal where the Customer is located; if so, cards must not be used to deposit. Knowing local law is the Customer's responsibility.

8. Withdrawals

8.1. Unused, cleared funds may be withdrawn by request under the withdrawal conditions. Minimum per transaction: €10 (or equivalent), except on account closure (full balance).

8.2. No commission applies if the deposit was wagered at least once; otherwise 8% (minimum 4 euro or equivalent) may be deducted to combat money laundering.

8.3. Photo ID, proof of address or further verification (selfie, verification call) may be required before a withdrawal and at any time.

8.4. Withdrawals go to the original card, bank account or method; another method may be allowed at the operator's discretion subject to additional security checks.

8.5. Customers with inaccessible, dormant, locked or closed accounts should contact Customer Service.

8.6. Where the balance is at least 10 times total deposits, withdrawals are limited to €5,000 (or equivalent) a month; otherwise €10,000 a month.

8.7. Successful processing is not guaranteed where Clauses 3.3 and 4 have been breached.

9. Payments and processors

9.1. The Customer is fully responsible for amounts owed, pays in good faith and does not reverse payments to avoid a liability; chargebacks, denials and reversals and resulting losses are reimbursed, and a €50 administration fee (or equivalent) may be added per case.

9.2. Third-party processors or merchant banks may be used; their terms bind the Customer if made known and not in conflict with the Terms.

9.3. All transactions may be checked against money laundering and terrorist financing; suspicious ones are reported to the authority.

10. Errors

10.1. System or process errors or malfunctions void all bets. Errors must be reported immediately. No liability arises towards the Customer or third parties for costs, losses or claims, direct or indirect, from communication or system errors, bugs, viruses or payments made due to defects; affected games and bets may be voided and corrective action taken.

10.2. Where, through human or system error, a bet is accepted at odds materially different from the general market or clearly incorrect for the chance of the event, the wager may be cancelled or voided, as may wagers placed after an event has started.

10.3. Overpayments may be recovered and the Account corrected (for example incorrect price or result). If funds are insufficient the outstanding amount may be demanded, and pending plays may be cancelled, reduced or deleted whether or not placed with funds from the error.

11. Rules of play, refunds and cancellations

11.1. The winner is determined on the settlement date; protested or overturned decisions are not recognised.

11.2. Results are final after 72 hours, with no queries afterwards; within 72 hours they are corrected only for human error, system error or error of the source.

11.3. If the governing body overturns a result within the payout period all money is refunded. 11.4. In a draw, stakes on a team to win or lose are lost where a draw option was offered; without it everyone is refunded; if none was available, extra time counts if played.

11.5. If a result cannot be validated (for example an interrupted feed with no other source), wagers may be deemed invalid and refunded.

11.6. Minimum and maximum wagers are set by the operator and may change without written notice, including limits on individual Accounts.

11.7. Customers are solely responsible for their transactions, which cannot be changed once complete; missing or duplicate wagers are not the operator's responsibility, and discrepancy requests on that basis are not entertained. Transactions may be checked in My Account after each session.

11.8. A matchup stands as long as the two teams are correct, whatever the league heading. 11.9. eSport start dates and times are indicative only. A match suspended or postponed and not resumed within 72 hours of the scheduled start has no action and wagers are refunded, except wagers on a team or player advancing in or winning a tournament, which stand.

11.10. Events posted with an incorrect date stand on the date announced by the governing body.

11.11. Results stand where a team uses stand-ins, being the team's choice.

11.12. The Company may remove events, markets and other products.

11.13. Detailed sports betting rules: see the separate page SPORTS BETTING RULES

12. Notices

12.1. Customer notices are sent through the Customer Support form on the Website.

12.2. Operator notices are posted on the Website or sent to the Registered Email Address, by method of its choice.

12.3. Notices from either party are in writing, in English, to or from the Registered Email Address.

12.4. The operator may email information about betting, promotions and Lucky Boom news; the Customer accepts this on registration and may opt out of promotions at any time via Customer Support.

13. Force majeure

No liability arises for failure or delay caused by Force Majeure beyond reasonable control despite reasonable precautions (act of God, trade or labour dispute, power cut, act, failure or omission of a government or authority, telecommunication failure, or a third party), nor for resulting loss; the Service may be cancelled or suspended without liability.

14. Liability

14.1. TO THE EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, NO COMPENSATION IS DUE FOR REASONABLY FORESEEABLE LOSS OR DAMAGE, DIRECT OR INDIRECT, ARISING FROM FAILURE TO PERFORM UNDER THESE TERMS, EXCEPT WHERE A LEGAL DUTY IS BREACHED (INCLUDING DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY CAUSED BY NEGLIGENCE), AND EVEN THEN NOT WHERE THE FAILURE IS DUE TO (I) THE CUSTOMER'S FAULT, (II) A THIRD PARTY UNCONNECTED WITH PERFORMANCE (NETWORKS, CONGESTION, CONNECTIVITY, THE CUSTOMER'S EQUIPMENT) OR (III) EVENTS THAT NEITHER THE OPERATOR NOR ITS SUPPLIERS COULD HAVE FORESEEN OR PREVENTED WITH REASONABLE CARE. THE SERVICE IS FOR CONSUMER USE ONLY; BUSINESS LOSSES ARE EXCLUDED.

Password-protect computers, phones and tablets.

Not leave devices unattended when logged in.

Keep account details and payment cards inaccessible to children.

Not store passwords on a computer, and keep written copies out of reach.

Install filtering software (for example Net Nanny).

16. Under-age gambling

16.1. If a Customer is suspected or notified to be under 18 (or under the age of majority), now or at the time of any bet, the Account is suspended, with no further bets or withdrawals, pending investigation, including whether the Customer bet as an agent for a minor. Where it is established that the Customer (a) is currently, (b) was at the time below that age, or (c) bet as an agent for a person below it:

winnings held or due to be credited are retained;

winnings obtained while under age must be paid on demand, with recovery costs pursued if not;

non-winnings money is returned or retained until the Customer turns 18, at the operator's sole discretion, less payment transaction fees (including fees on deposits that the operator covered).

16.2. The same applies to Customers over 18 betting in a jurisdiction with a higher legal betting age.

16.3. Suspected breach or fraudulent reliance on this Clause may lead to any necessary action, including informing law enforcement.

17. Fraud

Criminal and contractual sanctions will be pursued against Customers involved in fraud, dishonesty or crime, and payment withheld on suspicion. The Customer indemnifies the operator against all costs, charges and losses (direct, indirect, consequential, lost profit, business and reputation) arising from such acts.

18. Intellectual property

18.1. Unauthorised use of the name and logo may lead to legal action.

18.2. The operator owns all rights in the Service, its technology, software and business systems (the "Systems") and odds. Personal profiles may not be used for commercial gain, and nicknames may be removed or reclaimed.

18.3. The URL, trademarks, trade names, trade dress, logos (the "Marks") and odds may not be used with others' products or services, in a confusing way, or to disparage the operator.

18.4. No right, licence, title or interest in the Systems or Marks is granted except as expressly stated. Automatic or manual devices to monitor or copy pages or content are prohibited; unauthorised use may lead to legal action.

19. Licence

19.1. A non-exclusive, limited, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes is granted, subject to compliance; it ends with the agreement.

19.2. Save for own content, the Service, its content and software may not be modified, published, transmitted, transferred, sold, reproduced, uploaded, posted, distributed, performed, displayed, used for derivative works or otherwise exploited except as expressly permitted; information may not be altered, merged, scraped or otherwise collected, stored, reorganised or manipulated.

19.3. Non-compliance may violate proprietary rights and lead to civil liability or criminal prosecution.

20. Conduct

20.1. Content and conduct connected with the Service that is unlawful, inappropriate or undesirable is prohibited ("Prohibited Behaviour").

20.2. Prohibited Behaviour may lead to immediate termination of the Account or access without notice and to legal action by other Customers, third parties, authorities or the operator.

20.3. Prohibited Behaviour includes: promoting false, misleading or unlawful information; unlawful activity, including furthering crime, violating privacy or rights, or spreading viruses; harming minors; unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, lewd, violent, hateful or otherwise objectionable content; content infringing copyright, trademarks or other rights; viruses or code (including HTML) designed to interrupt, destroy or alter the Service or any other website, software or hardware; interfering with, disrupting or reverse engineering the Service, including intercepting, emulating or redirecting protocols, cheats, mods, hacks or collecting software; robots, spiders or automated retrieval; anything that in the operator's sole discretion results or may result in another Customer being defrauded or scammed; unsolicited advertising or mass mailing (junk mail, instant messaging, "spim", "spam", chain letters, pyramid schemes); automated or fraudulent account creation; impersonation; and anything else reasonably considered contrary to the business principles. The list is non-exhaustive and changeable; the operator may investigate and take all appropriate action, including deleting content, terminating Accounts and acting against anyone who engages in or knowingly permits Prohibited Behaviour, with or without notice.

21. External links

Third-party links are not maintained or controlled by the operator, are provided for convenience only, are not checked for accuracy or completeness and imply no endorsement or affiliation; the operator has no responsibility for their availability, accuracy, completeness, accessibility or usefulness. Usual precautions apply, including reviewing their privacy policy and terms.

22. Complaints

22.1. Concerns and questions are directed to Customer Service via the Website links, using the Registered Email Address.

22.2. NO LIABILITY IS ACCEPTED TO THE CUSTOMER OR ANY THIRD PARTY IN RESPONDING TO A COMPLAINT OR ACTING ON IT.

22.3. Complaints about bet settlement go to Customer Service; the operator will reasonably endeavour to respond within a few days and aims to respond within 28 days of receipt.

22.4. Disputes must be lodged within three (3) days of the wager's decision; later claims are not honoured. The Customer is solely responsible for Account transactions.

22.5. Customer Service will try to agree a solution; failing that the matter goes to management.

22.6. If all efforts fail, the Customer may have the dispute settled by arbitration.

23. Assignment

The Customer may not assign the Terms or any right or obligation without prior written consent (not unreasonably withheld). The operator may assign all or part to a third party able to provide a service of substantially similar quality, by posting written notice on the Service.

24. Severability

An unenforceable or invalid provision is modified to the extent needed to be enforceable in line with the original intention; the rest remains valid.

25. Breach

The Account may be suspended or terminated and the Service refused without prior notice if a material term is breached in the operator's reasonable opinion; notice of the action is given promptly.

26. General provisions

26.1. Term. The Terms remain in force while the Service is accessed or used or the person is a Customer or visitor, and survive termination of the Account.

26.2. Interpretation. Singular includes plural and vice versa; masculine includes feminine and neuter; persons include individuals, partnerships, associations, trusts, unincorporated organisations and corporations.

26.3. Waiver. A waiver is effective only if written and signed, and limited to the breach concerned; failure to enforce is not a waiver.

26.4. Acknowledgement. Continued use confirms that every paragraph has been read, understood and agreed, and irrevocably waives any future contrary argument, claim, demand or proceeding.

26.5. Language. The English version prevails over any other language version.

26.6. Governing law. The Terms are governed exclusively by the law in force in the state of Anjouan in the Union of Comoros.

26.7. Entire agreement. The Terms are the entire agreement on access to and use of the Service and replace all prior agreements and communications, oral or written.
